Eligibility

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Process

3. After inspection, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit.

Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your account.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, simply follow the return process and note your exchange request. We’ll do our best to fulfill it, subject to availability.
